Hello,
I am having some issues using EasyBlue on Windows XP.
When I start the application, it crashes with "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error".

Mostly, this kinds of error can be caused by two factors.
1. Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries are missing.
2. Software problem
If the issue is caused by #1, you can reinstall the Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries to reslove the problem.
To download the file, click on one of the following links.
- x86
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29?
- x64
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15336
If the issue still persists after installing above package, the issue should be a software problem.
In that case, you have to update the EasyBlue using our latest updater software.
http://www.easyblue.co.kr/xe/index.php?mid=down&document_srl=9125
And than if the problem is still caused in your PC, you try to use the EasyBlue at the other PC
whether the issue is caused or not.
